Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Made By Milola is small business, therefore, at present, we are only offering shipping to the United Kingdom, Ireland and Scotland only. 

 

For earrings and online sessions order(s), this will be processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and/or place has been confirmed.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@madebymilola.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges | Earrings and Jewellery 

 

Please note that we operate on a no refund and no return policy for our polymer clay earrings pieces for hygiene reasons. 

​

This does not affect your statutory refund rights, you may cancel your order at anytime.

 

However, once delivered, we cannot process your refund if the item is : 

​

  • Used or not in the same condition that you received it.

​

  • The item packaging has been removed and not in its original packaging.

​

  • There are no receipt provided or you are unable to offer proof of purchase

​

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar same item of the same value, send us an email at hello@madebymilola.com

​

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

​

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

​

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
